At Process Materials we
strive to meet all of our customer's
requirements. Our capabilities include
remanufacturing of Electron Beam, Filament
Evaporation, Sputtering Systems, Leak Detectors and
components.
We specialize in vacuum
systems from Airco / Temescal, Alcatel, Balzers,
CHA, CPA, CVC, Edwards, Leybold,
MRC, Perkin Elmer, Sloan, Varian, Veeco and
others. We also maintain an inventory of
systems and components in our Livermore, California
facility. We provide trade in allowance;
brokerage services and purchase used equipment from
our customers.
Our service personnel have
been providing remanufactured systems and 
components since 1980. Our 20
years of experience and high quality services provide
Process Materials customers with confidence and
security now and into the future.
Process Materials systems
and components are available from "as is"
equipment, priced for the tight budget, to our
completely remanufactured and warranted systems
priced at roughly half of the cost of new
equipment. These systems are remanufactured to
the highest level of quality and include
demonstration at our factory prior to shipment.
We also provide field service personnel to install
and perform process demonstration at our customer's
facility.
Process Materials Guarantees each
remanufactured system to meet or exceed the original
specifications. We also include a complete set
of manuals and documentation. Standard
warranties cover all components (except consumable)
for a period of six (6) months from the date of
shipment.
